All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
Vitalyx Research does not accept returns of any kind.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product received
- Product arrives damaged in transit
- Verified defect in product integrity
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claim Requirements
To process any claim, the customer must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim denial.
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect use or handling of products
- Failure to understand product purpose
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Carrier delays or delivery issues outside our control
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery delays
- Carrier-related issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Vitalyx Research directly to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback.
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
- Reporting to payment processors
- Submission of evidence to dispute claims
Vitalyx Research maintains detailed records of all transactions and shipments.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order prior to submission.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing
- Product selections and quantities are final
Right to Refuse Service
Vitalyx Research reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or service to any customer suspected of:
- Policy abuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of products
